Shipping Policy

We ship orders from our U.S. warehouse. Our goal is to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible, without cutting corners on packaging or accuracy.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order confirmation. Processing includes verification, quality check, packing, and labeling.

We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, it will typically ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

During high-volume periods — such as seasonal releases — processing may take an additional day. We update our shipping policy page if we anticipate significant delays.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and carrier.

• Standard shipping: 5 to 8 business days after shipment. This is our most common option and is available for all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
• Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days after shipment. Available for most continental U.S. addresses. Not available for PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on destination and package weight. We provide tracking numbers for all orders as soon as they are shipped.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: A flat rate of $5.95 applies to all orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• Expedited shipping: A flat rate of $12.95 applies to all expedited orders, regardless of order total.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not charge handling fees or hidden surcharges.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status at any time using our Track Order page.

Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours of shipment. If your tracking number does not show movement after 2 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

International shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. Shipping to these locations may take slightly longer than the continental U.S., and the same flat rates apply.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage. This helps us file claims with the carrier and improve our packing process.

Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or other factors beyond our control are not subject to refunds or credits. However, we will do our best to communicate any known delays and provide alternatives where possible.

Address changes and order modifications

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it. You will need to coordinate with the carrier using the tracking information provided, or contact us for assistance.

Return shipping
