Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we make the return process as straightforward as possible. This policy covers returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased directly from Stealthram.

Eligibility for returns

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage from use
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, washed, or worn. Swimwear must have the protective liner intact to be eligible.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page or email Support@stealthram.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you a return authorization and the return shipping address.

We do not automatically include return labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Return shipping costs

  • If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange due to fit or preference, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund timing and method

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • For credit card payments, refunds typically appear within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • For PayPal payments, refunds are processed through PayPal and appear in your account within 1 to 3 business days.

We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original for a refund. This is the fastest way to get the correct item.

We do not hold inventory for exchanges, so we cannot guarantee that a replacement item will be available by the time your return arrives. For this reason, we suggest the new-order approach.

Defective or incorrect items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Defective items include manufacturing flaws such as broken zippers, loose seams, or fabric defects. We do not consider normal wear, fit preferences, or minor variations in color as defects.

Final sale items

Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes clearance items and limited-edition drops. Final sale items will be clearly labeled on the product page.

Refund processing time

We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with your bank or payment provider.
